After ten years of experience in engineering and construction, I started my own company in 1993 to provide development and construction expertise to commercial and retail project owners with limited field and technical experience. Much of the work was for a family owned development company with over 4,000,000 square feet of space culminating in the development of Mayfaire Town Center in Wilmington, North Carolina.

 

All Points Development, LLC was founded in 2000 to continue providing these services in addition to developing single tenant net leased properties on my own. To date, we have developed facilities for O'Reilly Auto Parts, Dollar General Stores, CVS Pharmacy and Sherwin Williams as well as numerous infill tenants.

 

Combining thirty plus years of experience along with a degree in civil engineering from Georgia Tech and as a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee, we can provide project services from site identification and acquisition through lease negotiation, financing and permits to construction and disposition or management.
